Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is a problem with your item, please contact the shop at support@somethingsallyco.com.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of most of our items, we are unable to accept returns. If your item is not personalized in any way, returns may be considered on a case by case basis by contacting support@somethingsallyco.com to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on gift cards.
