Shipping policy
Shipping services will be provided through USPS or UPS unless otherwise requested by you and approved by Something Sally Co. before the order is placed. By default, all orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage/USPS First Class Mail unless a shipping upgrade is purchased. Upgrades do not qualify for free shipping offer.
We make every effort to get your order out to you as soon as possible. If you need your item by a certain date, we are happy to advise you on the shipping service that will give you the best likelihood of receiving your order on time. However, we can never guarantee any delivery dates. We give all delivery dates as our best estimates based on the information given by the delivery providers. The delivery providers are ultimately responsible for the delivery in accordance with their own policies. If the delivery provider offers any guarantees and the delivery is late, these will be dealt with as needed directly with the provider. Something Sally Co. and its employees cannot be held responsible for late, lost, or damaged packages once they leave our possession.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to support@somethingsallyco.com. Damaged items will be handled on a case by case basis and in accordance with our refund policy.
