Personalized slate plaque featuring your custom photo and/or message engraved into the stone. This will make a beautiful and meaningful keepsake for you to honor a loved one or gift for someone you care about. It can be displayed in its included wooden stand to place on a table, shelf, desk, nightstand, dresser, stand, mantle, etc.

Plaque comes laser engraved with your choice of saying, name, date, etc. You may also add a photo to be engraved for an extra cost. If you choose the photo option, I can engrave just the photo or the photo with text. Choose your option from the drop down menu and include any additional details in the personalization comment box.

I will spray the slate with a matte clear coat paint. If you prefer it without the clear coat, just let me know.

The plaque dimensions are 5" x 6" and you can choose portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) layout. Choose your font from the options in my listing photos. Type font choice in the personalization box. If you would like a different font than the options shown, just message me. I can also mix fonts.
